The MARK-1 Addon is a compact modular expansion board designed to extend the capabilities of the MARK-1 platform with nRF24L01 wireless modules and multiple 2.54mm JST expansion interfaces.

Built for makers, developers, IoT experimentation, embedded development, and wireless research — the addon gives you a simple way to connect external RF modules, sensors, GPS receivers, displays, and other peripherals without modifying the main board.

📡 nRF24L01 Wireless Expansion

The MARK-1 Addon supports up to 3 × nRF24L01 modules, allowing you to experiment with multiple wireless configurations and develop your own RF projects on the MARK-1 platform.

🔌 Modular JST Expansion Ports

Three dedicated JST expansion interfaces (2.54mm pitch) are provided for connecting external hardware.

UART Port (4-Pin JST)

Connect UART-based devices such as:

• Serial sensors
• Debug interfaces
• External microcontrollers
• Other UART peripherals

I²C Port (4-Pin JST)

Connect I²C peripherals such as:

• Sensors
• OLED displays
• Environmental sensors

SPI Port (6-Pin JST)

A dedicated 6-pin JST connector for SPI expansion. Possible uses include:

• SPI sensors and displays
• Memory modules
• RF peripherals
• External controllers
• Custom development boards

🧩 Built for Expansion

Instead of permanently wiring external hardware directly to the PCB, the JST interfaces let you quickly connect and disconnect different peripherals. Connect a GPS module over UART, add sensors over I²C, and experiment with additional peripherals over SPI — all without any soldering or board modifications.
